3 cup flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2 cup water

Sift together into a greased 9x13 pan the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.

Make three wells in the dry ingredients.  Into one pour the vegetable oil. Into the next pour the vinegar.  Into the last pour the vanilla.

Pour water over all and stir well until blended.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
