I've made several kinds of Nativity sets over the years.  Traditional (with scarves and robes); Amish (with bonnets, aprons and beards); Semi Amish (with beards, robes and aprons).  Also in a few different sizes from teeny (smaller than the quarter) to about 3" tall.  Clothes and skin colors fully customizable.
